Ordered this and other items on 23rd April 2023. Never turned up. Emailed Avon 3 times (even CC'd their UK chief executive) but no response. Finally managed to speak to someone on Wednesday and told refund would take 3-5 working days. Strange, they took my payment straight away! Promised a call from a manager the next day, that never happened. Think I'll stick with Oriflame.

Ordered in April and still not arrived. Emailed Avon 3 times and still no reply or refund. Very poor customer service.
