Voucher Code T&Cs

Voucher codes and their offers cannot be combined and are valid for one use only. Voucher code is only available at the point of sale. Once a purchase has been finalised online a voucher code cannot be used. Voucher codes can only be redeemed at avon.uk.com.

Avon reserves the right to withdraw or amend promotional offers at any time.

December Social Prize Drawer

1. The Promoter of the Far Away Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is Avon Cosmetics Limited, a company registered at Lancaster House, Nunn Mills Road, Northampton, NN1 5PA (“Avon”). 2. The Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

3. The Prize Draw is open to all UK Residents who meet the entry requirements stated below (“Entrants”).

4. The Prize Draw is open for entry between 3pm on the 4th December 2024 to 11:59pm on 8th December 2024 (“Entry Period”).

5. In order to gain entry into the Prize Draw, within the Entry Period, Entrants must; like the post and tag a friend. 1 tag = 1 entry, multiple entries allowed.

6. All Participants who meet the above entry requirements will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw and have the chance to win x1 12 Self Care Advent Calendar & x1 for the person they tagged.

7. After the Entry Period, all valid Entrants will be entered into the Prize Draw and x3 winners will be chosen via a verifiably random process, in accordance with the laws of chance.

8. The Prize Draw will take place within 4 days of the end of the Entry Period and the winner(s) will be notified via Direct Message on Instagram. 9. Avon will endeavour to provide the prize as stated above but the contents of the prize are subject to change based on product availability].

10. Avon reserves the right, in its discretion, to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.

11. The winner(s) will be required to provide Avon with their postal address in order to claim their prize.

12. The Prize(s) will be sent to the winner(s) within 28 days of the winner providing Avon with their postal address.

13. Avon will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner(s) of the prize draw, including contacting the winner(s) on more than one occasion. However, should Avon be unable to contact a winner, or should a winner be unable to accept their prize within 2 days, Avon reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

14. Avon will not be responsible for any loss suffered by a winner as a result of a Prize being unclaimed or declined.

15. The Prize offered is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

16. Avon expressly reserves the right to alter the Prize Draw in any way, including cancelling or withdrawing it altogether.

17. Avon reserves the right to disqualify Entrants, withhold or cancel or, in cases where the Prize has already been given, request the return of the Prize, in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions or if Avon deems, in its absolute discretion, there to have been any

malpractice, or manipulation of results in order to achieve entry into the prize draw, throughout the Entry Period.

18. The winner(s) may be required to participate in any subsequent publicity as deemed appropriate by Avon and agree to their name being published on Avon’s website, newsletter and/or Avon’s Social Media. This permission can be withdrawn at any point by contacting [add email address] 19. Avon, the Promotor of this Prize Draw, is required under the CAP Code to either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place – ordinarily the surname and county of the prize winner(s). Avon reserves the right to publish this information, or make this information available to individuals who request it. If you wish to request this information, or object to your information being published or made available should you become a winner, please contact uksocial@avon.com. Please note that Avon may nevertheless be required to provide information about winners if challenged by the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority).

20. All Entrants acknowledge that, in the course of participating in this Prize Draw, certain information about them will be captured, electronically or otherwise, and will be transmitted to Avon or third parties involved in the administration of this Prize Draw. Accordingly, the Entrants expressly agree to the transfer of such personal information to Avon and that Avon (data controller) may use, store, process and transfer that information for the purpose of the Prize Draw. 21. Avon accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault [technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure] of any kind, including any failure or non-availability of www.instagram.com.

22. Entrants acknowledge and agree that this Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

23. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering the Prize Draw all Entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and Instagram’s Terms of Use. Non-compliance may render an Entrant ineligible to receive the prize.

24. All matters shall be determined at Avon’s sole discretion and Avon’s decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into

25. These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
