How to use it:
Cleanse twice a day

I needed a cleanser that was suitable for my sensitive skin. I found this one to try and now it’s my go to cleanser. First of all I just applied with a damp cloth but now, after watching some tutorials, I apply straight to my skin and massage all over my face for approx 60 seconds. This allow it to foam up a bit and have a good massage. I then rinse off with a damp face cloth. It doesn’t sting my eyes like most I have tried and my face feels fresh after and not at all tight. Brilliant product that I will purchase again.
Product is ok but it has a strange smell with no fragrance,please make it smell nicer
I just love this cream cleanser i've been using It for years. It works well for me it cleanses my face without leaving that tight feeling and leaves my skin smooth and hydrated
Best cleanser out there in my opinion. Leaves the skin feeling calm and moisturised and removes the daily grime from your skin without leaving you with any nasty skin reactions. Mild but powerful. Would happily recommend. It doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy. Love it.
Personally I preferred the old Anew Cream Cleanser and Mask which was a rich cream perfect for dry skin. I'd rather pay more and get something I like.
This product causes no adverse reactions to my skin and keeps the skin clear of spots and blemishes.
Plus points are this cleanser is very good value and does suit my skin. However I don't feel it cleanses particularly well and it has a really horrible smell

I love this face wash for my sensitive skin. I have used other sensitive face washes but my skin has reacted. This feels lovely when used and it removes all my eye make-up.
Lovely feel to it, but I don't like the smell. It doesn't irritate though so I would use again.

I used this once, rinsing it off carefully twice. Yes it cleaned my skin but it brought my eczema up.
The packaging states to apply to wet face. This gives the product more slip when smoothing on skin.

This is not my favourite anew product & I probably won't buy again as I prefer other anew cleansers. This doesn't give me that lovely fresh, just cleaned feeling.
Skin feels clean, soft and hydrated. Unusual for a cleanser in this price range. Doesn't strip the skin or cause tightness.
Good cleanser
I normally buy another brand but thought that I would give this wash off cream cleanser a try. I absolutely love it !! I have dry, menopausal and sensitive skin this product did the trick will buy again. Also I loved the fact it was fragrance free.
