How to use it:
Build it: Dip the domed end lightly into your eyeshadow (our quads are great) and use a light circular motion to blend.
Blend it: Mix different shadow shades and blend out harsh lines to give you a gradient look.
Finesse it: Dip the smaller end into light shimmer shades and dab a bit on the inner corners of your eyes.
