DEFINE, FILL & SHARPEN 1. Line beneath your natural brow. 2. Draw a fine line along the top of your brow. 3. Define the top and bottom inner edge. 4. Fill with short, feathery strokes. 5. Pull down to release more formula. 6. Replace lid and twist on to sharpen.
